Couples Counselling
Sessions focused on supporting your relationship and strengthening connection.
What to expect: We’ll look at communication patterns, underlying needs, and practical ways to improve understanding and closeness between partners.

Counselling for Veteran and Military Families
Ongoing one-to-one sessions tailored to you from a trauma-informed lens.
What to expect: We’ll look at attachment patterns, complex trauma, nervous system regulation, and other tools and support tailored to your goals and experiences.

Consultation & Corporate Services
Tailored consultation, workshops, lunch and learns, and support for organizations, teams, or leadership groups.
What to expect: We’ll work collaboratively to understand your goals and challenges, whether related to workplace stress, burnout, communication, leadership, or team dynamics. Services are customized to your needs and can include consultation, facilitation, or focused support over a half-day or full-day format.
