Initial intake & Consultation
A longer first session that gives us time to slow things down and get to know you.
What to expect: We’ll explore what’s been happening in your life, what you’re hoping for from counselling, and begin shaping goals together at a pace that feels comfortable.
Time: 75 Minutes

Ongoing one-to-one sessions tailored to you and what you’re working through.
What to expect: A supportive space to reflect, build insight, and develop tools to help you navigate challenges and move forward with more clarity and confidence.
Time: 50 Minutes
Fee: $160
Couples Counselling
Sessions focused on supporting your relationship and strengthening connection.
What to expect: We’ll look at communication patterns, underlying needs, and practical ways to improve understanding and closeness between partners.

Consultation & Corporate Services
Tailored consultation and support for organizations, teams, or leadership groups.
What to expect: We’ll work collaboratively to understand your goals and challenges, whether related to workplace stress, burnout, communication, leadership, or team dynamics. Services are customized to your needs and can include consultation, facilitation, or focused support over a half-day or full-day format.
