The Full Story
Support across life stages and settings
I bring years of experience supporting people across different life stages and environments, including nonprofit, corporate, construction, academic, and leadership settings. This has given me a deep understanding of the pressures many people carry: stress, burnout, identity concerns, performance expectations, and major life transitions.
Individuals, adolescents, and couples
As a Canadian Certified Counsellor, I work with individuals, adolescents, and couples who are seeking support, clarity, and meaningful change. Many clients come to counselling feeling anxious, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in familiar patterns. If any of this resonates with you, you may be in the right place.
A relationship-first approach
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: healing happens through safe, respectful, and genuine human connection. I bring both clinical training and deep care into the counselling space, with the intention of creating an environment where you feel supported and understood.
Meeting you where you are
I aim to meet you exactly where you are. Your experiences are unique, and I approach your story with curiosity, care, and respect. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, or a sense that something just feels “off,” you’ll be met with warmth and professionalism.
Values that guide the work
My background includes a wide range of professional and life experiences, which allows me to draw from different perspectives while staying grounded in shared values: integrity, cultural humility, collaboration, and respect for your autonomy. I believe counselling should feel empowering, not prescriptive, and that meaningful change happens at a pace that feels right for you.
