Our sessions are tailored to you. I draw from a range of approaches, including solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy, somatic experiencing, and attachment-informed work. I also use a psychodynamic lens to explore how past experiences and current behaviours interact, helping us understand what’s happening for you now and how meaningful change can happen moving forward.

 

Above all, I aim to create a calm, respectful space where you can speak openly and feel safe, without pressure or judgment. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, life transitions, loss, or a desire for greater clarity and confidence.
